01 — about

I work with financial and fintech companies to move away from manual, error-prone infrastructure and into automated, version-controlled environments — using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Packer.

One project I'm proud of: we took a release process that used to take a full year and got it down to about an hour, by automating environment provisioning with golden images and CI/CD pipelines. At Pagar.me and Stone, I helped automate an Azure environment that was almost entirely manual — from self-service tools for the platform team to migrating our monitoring setup.

I also care about building DevOps culture. I like mentoring other engineers, running workshops, and working closely with Product so infrastructure isn't just "running" — it's actually helping the business.
